Our Story
Ms. Lauren Reynolds opened Rapture Dance Company's doors for the first dance class on April 18th, 2016 and she is now the Owner and Artistic Director of Rapture Dance Company. She grew up dancing in the Northern Kentucky area as a competitive dancer, traveling to competitions and conventions within the tristate/ Cincinnati area. At the young age of twenty-two years old, she graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Dance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Opening her own dance studio has been a dream since she was 10 and it's been surreal to see Rapture become a reality. Ms. Reynolds has high expectations for Rapture Dance Company and her students, and thoroughly enjoys watching her students grow year after year in their dance education and confidence. She is always looking forward to another wonderful season with our dance family! Join us in bringing competitive dance and kids dance classes to Campbell County and NKY.

I love the small class sizes and the attention each student gets because of it. Our teachers teach us more than just a shuffle step and tour jeté. My Daughter has been taking classes at Rapture Dance Company for the past nine years. The studio has an excellent collection of dance teachers that are teaching my daughter far more than dancing techniques. The teachers genuinely care about each student as an individual and become mentors and like extended family to the students. My Daughter is learning responsibility, the value and reward of a strong work ethic and how to be a valuable team member and so much more. She spends a significant amount of time at the dance studio as one of the competitive dancers and I am thankful that I have the teachers at Rapture as part of my village. The knowledge she is learning at the studio extends far beyond the dance floor.
